Supporting you and your puppy or dog

I understand that training your puppy or dog can be a challenging and time-consuming process. It can be frustrating when your puppy doesn’t seem to understand you, or your dog does not respond to your cues or misbehaves in public places.
I’m here to help you solve some of the most common puppy and dog training issues in a positive and practical way.
Group classes aren’t for everyone as they don’t always suit all dogs and humans.
You might have a puppy or dog that is nervous of other dogs or maybe the opposite and they just can’t focus with the distraction of other dogs and people around them.

Maybe you can’t commit to weekly classes, or your puppy or dog is displaying a new behaviour you don’t like.
My tailored one-to-one training approach, helps you and your dog overcome these challenges, making both puppy and dog ownership a more enjoyable experience.
Using only positive reinforcement techniques also strengthens the bond between you and your dog, resulting in a happy and healthy relationship.
Puppy and dog training is now offered in the below programmes.

FULL OF ADVICE
“Oscar my 8-month-old golden retriever is tired out after our first training session with Paige.
We wanted to focus training on loose lead walking and recall.
Paige was very good. She gave clear instructions for us to follow.
She was full of advice on training we can do in our back garden and in local parks.
She was very professional. I would highly recommend.”

Common puppy and dog training issues I can help with:
Loose lead walking
Many dogs tend to pull on the lead or become easily distracted during walks, making it difficult for their owners to control them.
With our lead walking training, we teach your dog to walk calmly beside you, eliminating the frustration and strain that comes with struggling to control an over-excited dog.
Recall
Is your dog more interested in chasing squirrels than coming back to you when you call?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone!
Recall can be a real pain point for dog owners, but it’s not an impossible problem to solve. With a little bit of creativity and some fun training exercises, you can turn your dog into a loyal and responsive companion.
With a bit of patience and persistence, you and your pup will be the envy of the dog park in no time!
jumping up
With some consistency and positive reinforcement, your dog will be able to keep all four paws on the ground in no time!
